WHSmith is seeking a Starbucks Barista Lead to support daily store operations by leading shifts, coaching partners, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role includes acting as Manager on Duty and upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

The position offers a base wage of $19.54 per hour, with a benefits stipend of up to $5.09 per hour toward health benefits, for total compensation up to $24.63 per hour. Full-time with weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Follow store policies for beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Engage with customers and respond to needs with clear communication.
• Prepare food and beverages per standard recipes or customized requests.
• Able to perform multiple tasks per shift.
• Act as Manager on Duty with opening/closing responsibilities.

Job Requirements
