Job Title: Starbucks Barista at Gopuff

Gopuff is seeking a Barista for our Starbucks Operations team. As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. This is a delivery-only Starbucks cafe focused on speed and quality, providing a unique customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service by preparing quality beverages and food items during all operating hours.
2. Maintain adherence to Gopuff and Starbucks standards, including food safety and brand standards.
3. Handle cafe processes such as food deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning.
4. Be aware of promotional activities and incorporate them into service.
5. Follow routines to ensure a consistent Starbucks experience, efficiency, and food safety.
6. Prepare items according to specifications and monitor food safety practices.
7. Complete cleaning and packaging tasks as per guidelines.
8. Participate in all required Starbucks trainings and promote a culture of safety and ethics.
9. Work safely, identify hazards, and comply with safety policies.
10. Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements.

Qualifications:
