Job Summary

Summary: Sell concessions to customers at various events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to customers at events.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly, following outlined service steps.
• Interacts with customers, resolves complaints amicably, and relays relevant info to supervisors.
• Performs sales transactions promptly and accurately, entering sales into the cash register.
• Makes change, accepts payments, and issues receipts, following cash handling procedures.
• Manages change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenishes condiments, supplies, and maintains cleanliness of the concession area.
• Ensures sanitation and safety standards are met.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
