Your responsibilities include accurately taking and preparing food and beverage orders, efficiently operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked service area. In this guest-facing role, you’ll interact positively with guests from around the world, creating memorable moments while embodying the Hollywood experience. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to providing outstanding service will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Responsibilities
- Verify cash balance at the beginning and end of shift. Operate cash register; accepts cash and credit cards; Advise lead cashier on need for cash mid-days and complete change requests, per established procedures.
- Set up the venue, stock, clean, organize and maintain a clean sanitized food service area.
- Process guests’ food and beverage orders and up sell products. Follow all food proper portioning procedures to maintain cost.
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
- Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, integrity, and adherence to established cash-handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns related to cash transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a compliant, efficient, and secure cash-handling process in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
- Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
- Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years older
- Prior Barista experience preferred
