Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure customers' return visits. • Excellent customer service skills

• Create a welcoming environment by answering questions about products and assisting customers
• Maintain product knowledge and suggest items to customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, handle transactions, and offer samples to customers
• Ensure product freshness, proper portioning, and inventory management
• Operate equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, and scales
• Report discrepancies, stay current with promotions, and adhere to safety and food safety regulations
• Practice preventive maintenance and report safety issues or illegal activities
