Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Previous comparable experience (preferred)
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated by answering questions about products
• Maintain knowledge of products and suggest items to customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, using proper equipment
• Offer samples and inform customers of specials
• Provide fresh products, ensuring correct portions and preventing shrinkage
• Recommend products to customers to meet their needs
• Use equipment like refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, and prepare, package, and label ingredients
• Check product quality and expiration dates
• Properly operate kitchen equipment such as espresso machines and blenders
• Stock and inventory merchandise, report discrepancies
• Stay current with ads and promotions
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions and accidents
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
