Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. Treat customers/employees in a fair and ethical manner, promote an inclusive work environment, be a responsible community member, and provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products and store services.
2. Gain and maintain knowledge of products to respond to customer inquiries and suggest items.
3. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
4. Prepare beverages to standard recipes and customer requests, and process transactions following company practices.
5. Offer samples and inform customers about specials to enhance their experience.
6. Ensure product freshness, proper portioning, and stock levels, including labeling and inventory management.
7. Operate coffee shop equipment safely and efficiently, including espresso machines and blenders.
8. Report discrepancies, safety issues, or accidents to management.
9. Follow safety procedures, and practice equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
10. Handle stressful situations professionally and resolve conflicts cooperatively.
11. Act with honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality of customer and business information.
12. Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors and individuals with special needs.
13. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications
