Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous comparable experience.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products sold within the department and store.
• Maintain knowledge of products to respond to inquiries and make suggestions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and handle transactions professionally.
• Offer samples and inform customers of specials.
• Provide fresh products, ensuring correct portions to prevent shrinkage.
• Recommend products to customers to meet their needs.
• Use equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, blenders, scales, and steamers according to guidelines.
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise; report discrepancies.
• Stay current with promotions and advertisements.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Practice preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Report safety risks, accidents, and illegal activities to management.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
