Responsibilities include:

• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products
• Maintain knowledge of products and suggest items to customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and handle transactions properly
• Offer samples and inform customers about specials
• Ensure freshness and correct portion sizes of products to prevent shrinkage
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs
• Use equipment in the coffee shop safely and properly, including refrigerators, slicers, and ovens
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise
• Report discrepancies and safety issues to management
• Stay current with ads and promotions
• Follow safety procedures and food safety regulations
• Perform preventive maintenance and report equipment issues
• Report accidents and safety risks promptly
• Work effectively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally
• Act with honesty and integrity in all interactions
• Support and assist customers, including minors and individuals with special needs
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Salary Range: $19.21 - $22.61 per hour
