Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will be responsible for guest engagement and overall quality and satisfaction of the coffee shop. You will also model and act according to the Starbucks guiding principle (if applicable based venue), and the Choctaw Casino & Resort mission statement. You will report to the Venue Manager.

Primary Tasks:

1. Take orders and fulfill orders correctly and promptly.
2. Promote the Choctaw Culture and the mission of Starbucks.
3. Adhere by the cash handle audit policy.
4. Maintain all Barista steps of service.
5. Attend all Starbucks training and department meetings.
6. Always provide excellent guest satisfaction.
7. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and a safe, hazard-free work environment within responsibilities.
8. Inform management of any product shortages, equipment failures or staffing issues promptly.
9. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
