Role and Responsibilities
Baristas at DEN Airport deliver the OTG Starbucks experience by providing prompt service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean store environment. Success in this role involves working well with others, delivering excellent guest service, and keeping the store organized and stocked.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining composure during busy times to ensure smooth operations and set a positive example.
• Training new crew members and providing supportive coaching.
• Connecting with guests by prioritizing their needs and delivering the OTG experience.
• Keeping the workspace clean and organized.
• Providing quality beverages, food, and products according to standards.
• Adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Reporting product shortages or equipment issues immediately.
• Maintaining a professional appearance.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Fully conversational in English.
- Able to lift 35 pounds.
- Able to stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Flexible to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment like espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
