Responsibilities include:

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products and providing suggestions.
  • Maintain knowledge of products sold and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and handle transactions properly.
  • Offer product samples and inform customers of specials.
  • Ensure fresh products are delivered as ordered, with correct portion sizes to prevent shrinkage.
  • Recommend items to customers to meet their needs.
  • Use equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, and more, following safety and operational guidelines.
  • Label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
  • Report discrepancies and safety issues to management.
  • Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions.
  • Follow safety procedures, adhere to food safety regulations, and practice preventive maintenance.
  • Report accidents, safety risks, and illegal activities.
  • Work effectively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with integrity.
  • Follow directions and seek help when needed.
  • Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with disabilities, and seniors.
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
