Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous comparable experience preferred.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and making suggestions about products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and handle transactions properly.
• Offer product samples and inform customers about specials.
• Ensure products are fresh, properly portioned, and inventory is maintained.
• Operate equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, and more, following safety guidelines.
• Report discrepancies, safety issues, or equipment needs to management.
• Adhere to all food safety and safety procedures, including accident reporting and illegal activity notification.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
