Position: Starbucks Barista

You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks related to additional services provided by our store, product, and customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create positive and lasting 'WOW' moments for customers.
• Assist customers with their orders for a variety of Starbucks services.
• Provide product suggestions and assist with special orders.
• Ensure quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Respond effectively to customer questions.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Build trustful relationships with customers to encourage return visits.
• Stock products and displays according to merchandising standards.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy interacting with customers one-on-one.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Maintain good eye contact and positive body language.
• Comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products.

We offer competitive pay, with a step pay plan starting between $15.25 and $17.08 per hour, with raises after certain hours worked. The actual rate will meet or exceed the legal minimum wage for the location.
