Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. Desired qualifications:

  • Previous comparable experience preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing product suggestions.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and process transactions accurately.
  • Offer samples and inform customers of specials.
  • Provide fresh, correctly portioned products to prevent shrinkage.
  • Recommend products to meet customer needs.
  • Use equipment properly, including refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, and more.
  • Label, stock, and inventory merchandise, and report discrepancies.
  • Stay informed about promotions and ads.
  • Follow safety procedures, maintain food safety standards, and report hazards or incidents.
  • Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
  • Handle customer or employee accidents and report safety risks or illegal activities.
  • Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts calmly, and act with integrity.
  • Follow directions and seek assistance as needed.
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  • Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Salary Range: $16.91 - $24.15
