Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. • Provide fresh, correctly portioned products to prevent shrinkage.
• Recommend items to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, and blenders following safety guidelines.
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise; report discrepancies.
• Stay current with promotions and advertisements.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Report accidents, safety risks, and illegal activities to management.
• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
