Job summary

SAP is seeking students for the SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program — a multi-year undergraduate rotational program that prepares you for full-time employment after graduation. You will rotate across lines of business such as Product & Engineering, Strategy & Operations, and Customer Value Group, with international rotations at over 200 locations.

You’ll begin with formal trainings on SAP’s core technology stack and soft skills before entering your department rotations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a Computer Science major or related field of study at a university local to the Philadelphia area (NOTE: You must have at least two full years left of school to apply!)
• Interested in pursuing a long-term internship schedule with full-time hours while on summer break and/or co‑op, as well as part‑time hours during the academic year
• Adaptable, proactive, curious, and willing to learn
• Collaborative and team‑oriented
• Excellent communicators in English (additional languages a plus)
• Ability to work both remote and in the SAP Newtown Square office in a hybrid capacity (three days a week in‑office)
• If you require work authorization, you must be able to apply for OPT or Pre‑OPT to work during your school terms
• If you are considering a study abroad program, you must provide written documentation that you are eligible to work during the program

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-year undergraduate rotational program across lines of business such as Product & Engineering, Strategy & Operations, and Customer Value Group.
• Complete an international rotation at one of over 200 worldwide office locations.
• Begin with formal trainings on SAP’s core technology stack and soft skills before entering departmental rotations.
