Job summary

SAP Newtown Square offers the SAP STAR Program, a multi-year undergraduate rotational internship designed to prepare students for full-time roles after graduation. You will rotate across SAP teams with formal trainings and mentoring in a hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates are near Philadelphia pursuing MIS/Business, with at least two years left, able to work 10–20 hours weekly during school and up to 40 hours in summer, and eligible for OPT. International rotations may be available.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at a university local to the Philadelphia area with MIS/Business major.
• Must have at least two full years left before graduation.
• Willingness for a long-term internship with full-time hours during summer and part-time during academic terms.
• Hybrid work arrangement: three days in-office at SAP Newtown Square.
• Eligible to work in the United States (OPT or Pre-OPT).
• Study abroad participation requires documentation of work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across SAP lines such as Product, Customer Services and Delivery.
• Receive formal trainings on SAP tech stack and soft skills.
• Commit to full-time work during breaks and part-time during the academic year.
