Job summary

Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking Forklift Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts in Robards, KY. Starting pay is $18.00/hr on 1st shift (Mon-Fri 5:00am-3:30pm) with potential overtime on some Saturdays; 2nd shift pays $19.25/hr (4pm-2:30am, Mon-Thu with potential overtime on Fridays).

Responsibilities include unloading, moving, and staging products, and cross-training across departments. You must lift up to 40lbs, have no fear of heights, and complete background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred and no fear of heights.
• Must be able to lift 40lbs and be able to walk long distances.

Responsibilities

• Unload, move, stack and stage products and materials using a forklift or other equipment.
• Replenish cases to active pick areas and pull stock.
• Load totes onto outbound conveyors and label products.
• Use wrist scanner to pull orders and manage stock.
• Unload trailers and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Work at a steady, efficient pace to hit production goals.

Malone Workforce is hiring for a standup Forklift Operator! Forklift Operators will cross train in all warehouse departments. These positions have great benefits! Starting pay is $19.25 per hour for 2nd shift!

Job details:

• Hiring 1st and 2nd shifts forklift operators
• 1st shift starting pay is $18.00 Monday-Friday 5:00am-3:30pm with the potential of overtime on some Saturdays.
• 2nd shift starting pay is $19.25 per hour 4pm-2:30am working Monday- Thursday with Friday as a potential overtime day
• Unload, move, stack and stage customer products and materials both by hand and using forklift or other power equipment, keeping appropriate records and reports
• Replenish cases to active pick areas and pulling away stock
• Loading totes onto proper outbound conveyers
• Using a wrist scanner to scan products and pull orders to and from stock
• Unload trailers and label products accordingly
• Work at a steady and efficient pace to hit production goal
• Must have NO fear of heights to load products into high spaces in the warehouse areas.
