Windings Inc. is seeking a Standard Motor Assembly Technician to join our hands-on, precision-focused team in Minnesota. You will assemble and test precision electromechanical motor components, following FAA-certified practices and strict quality guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for this role. The successful candidate will have experience in mechanical/electromechanical assembly, be capable of reading drawings, and be comfortable with overtime as needed.

As a Standard Motor Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing precision electromechanical components and motor systems. The role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to quality and safety standards, including FAA-certified practices.
The ideal candidate has experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn. You should be motivated to produce quality work, open to taking on challenges, and able to communicate effectively. Assemble magnets, stators, shafts, and other motor subcomponents using fixtures, bonding, and heat-shrink techniques.
