Bank of America is hiring an underwriting professional to support a high-volume national workflow, collaborating with Relationship Managers and Solutions Advisors to understand structuring needs and provide financial modeling and underwriting analyses.

The role emphasizes strong communication, industry knowledge across sectors, and meticulous financial analysis. 1st shift, 40 hours per week, in-office with eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid Commercial Banking experience
• Experience in financial analysis, structuring, and underwriting
• Analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and loan structuring
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate vertically, horizontally, and externally
• Industry knowledge across multiple sectors

Responsabilités

• Supports both underwriting and monitoring in a high-volume national workflow queue
• Independently works with Relationship Managers and Solutions Advisors to understand structuring needs and requirements
• Delivers financial modeling, loan structure, industry, economic, and other analyses to team members to support the loan decision-making process
• Underwriters have single signature authority for certain credit transactions
