Ōnin Staffing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Stand Up Reach Truck Operators. This hands-on role requires safe operation of a Stand-up Reach Truck, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient warehouse staging.

The position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for overtime. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, the ability to read a tape measure, and a strong reliability record.

Qualifications

Operate a Stand-up Reach Truck safely in a fast-paced warehouse.
Perform basic math with accuracy and read a tape measure.
Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Maintain reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime and weekends.
Experience in manufacturing or with high-speed equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Safely operate a Stand-up Reach Truck to move inventory throughout the facility
Order Fulfillment: Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product is gathered, stacked, and wrapped accurately.
Storage & Staging: Transport, stage and put-away pallets in designated high-racking warehouse locations.
Receiving & Unloading: Load, unload, move, and stack products and materials efficiently.
Safety compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures, exercising high caution in areas with limited visibility, blind spots, or where multiple equipment operators are working simultaneously.
Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Skills and Experience

What You’ll Need (Qualifications)

Education: High school diploma or GED.
Technical Skills: Strong basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure with precision.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours) and frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
Reliability: A solid attendance record, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.
Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or with high-speed production equipment is preferred.
