Job summary

Staffmark Group in Wilmer, TX is hiring a Stand Up Reach Operator to move palletized goods safely and efficiently on the 1st shift, with flexibility to cover other schedules due to volume fluctuations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to identify products, locations, and shipping documentation with accuracy.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to operate stand-up reach forklift equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate Yale stand-up reach forklifts to move and store palletized products safely.
• Retrieve and place pallets in warehouse racking.
• Replenish picking locations to support order fulfillment.
• Move and stage products in designated warehouse areas.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to confirm product movement and update inventory.
• Verify product information, quantities, and storage locations.
• Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Report damaged products, shortages, and inventory discrepancies to leadership.
• Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards throughout the shift.
