This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a busy warehouse. The position requires 2 years of reach truck experience, high school diploma or GED preferred, and readiness for overtime in a non-climate controlled environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience operating reach forklifts.
• Ability to safely move, stack, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Crown stand-up reach forklift safely.
• Move, store, and replenish products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick orders and stage pallets for shipment.
• Use an RF scanner to track inventory and verify product information.
• Keep work areas clean and follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
