Job summary

JIT Global Freight Solution P Ltd is seeking a Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires operating forklifts, loading and unloading, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will work Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 pm – finish (2nd shift) in a fast-paced food distribution setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 6 months in warehouse/distribution work.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10–90 pounds and operate in multi‑temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and set pallets in place with forklift or hand stack items and enter data.
• Count incoming freight in staging area and transport to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock as per next day work orders.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Inspect and move pallets, keep area safe and clean per guidelines.
• Secure equipment and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
