Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking an experienced forklift operator for weekend shifts with sit-down and stand-up high-reach capabilities. You will stack, unload, and prepare shipments, while ensuring inventory accuracy and safe operation of equipment.

The role requires 2+ years of High Reach experience, proficiency with Excel, and reliable reporting of discrepancies and safety concerns. Weekend Fri–Sun 6am–6pm availability is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years High Reach forklift experience.
• Must pass hands-on forklift visual.
• Excel knowledge and basic computer skills.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Must work weekends and be flexible to Fri–Sun 6am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Stack and store merchandise using forklift, clamp, or push-pull equipment.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment.
• Ensure correct quantity and type of products are loaded.
• Perform picking duties to meet customer service standards.
• Move product from staging to trailers.

This position is responsible for operating a sit-down and a stand up high reach clamp forklift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Stacks and stores merchandise in designated areas using a forklift, clamp, push-pull equipment.
• Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment
• Ensures that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Performs picking duties in an efficient manner meeting customer service standards
• Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
• Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
• Maintains appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security
• Assists in physical inventories
• Ensures proper stock rotation
• Conducts cycle counts as requested
• Must have Excel knowledge plus general computer knowledge.
• Basic safety understanding in operating equipment
• Responsible for reporting safety concerns to management in a timely manner
• Report inventory discrepancies to inventory control team and assists in resolution
• Must be able to complete inspection
