Job summary

ProStaff Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate for a busy 3PL warehouse operation. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will operate stand-up forklifts, pick and pack, and handle shipping/receiving as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Stand-up forklift experience required.
• Experience with picking and packing.
• Experience with shipping and receiving.
• Experience in a 3PL, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics environment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move, stage, and store inventory.
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack orders according to customer and shipping requirements.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading freight.
• Receive, inspect, label, and put away incoming inventory.
• Prepare outbound shipments and verify orders for accuracy.
• Move pallets and product throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Work efficiently while meeting daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
