Job summary

Ryder is hiring Crown Stand Up Forklift Operators in Northlake, Texas. Weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a path for career growth are available in a safety-focused environment.

Role involves forklift operation, loading/unloading, packing, and cycle counting within a clean warehouse. Night shift adds $1 per hour; schedule is Sunday to Wednesday, 5:00pm–3:00am. Eligible employees receive benefits after enrollment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Diversity-friendly environment and collaboration.
• Punctual with good attendance record.
• Independent work with minimal supervision and initiative.
• Accurate, even under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Load, pick, pack, ship, receive, forklift operation and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
