Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move goods in our warehouse, load and unload pallets, pick orders, and ensure accurate storage for timely shipments. You will be a key part of our daily operations, helping sustain a high-performance supply chain and a safe working environment.

Requirements include 6+ months of forklift/warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Weekend shift differential of $1.50 per hour applies; compensation is $20.28/hr.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Battery and Propane safety training/certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move goods and keep orders flowing.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when required.
• Prep and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, fix labels and count discrepancies.
• Replenish stock and keep bays organized.
• Perform other duties as trained.

Pay Range: $20.28 per hour + $1.50 weekend shift differential

Schedule: 1st Shift (Thursday-Sunday 6:30am -5:00pm)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
