Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Jonesboro, AR is hiring a Stand Up Forklift Operator. The role includes operating a stand-up forklift, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate warehouse paperwork. Shift pays with an hourly rate and a premium for the second shift, offering comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player in a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance; capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Follow contract performance guidelines and ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, totes, and loading/unloading.
• Manage day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse setting (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
