The position requires a valid forklift license, 1+ year of warehouse experience, and strong communication. You will work on a second shift with a $0.50/hour premium and potential for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Ability to lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, and staging of products and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
