Responsibilities include transportation of goods, inspections, stock rotation, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean, safe dock.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
• Bilingual preferred.
• High School graduate or GED.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility and flexibility to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and high scanning accuracy.
• Good written and verbal instructions comprehension.
• Effective communication across levels and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports merchandise to designated areas with forklift or pallet jack.
• Performs quality inspections and records merchandise correctly.
• Sorts and places merchandise; replenishes from reserves as needed.
• Accurately picks and packs customer orders.
• Removes damaged items and maintains safe rotation.
• Maintain a clean, safe dock and working environment.
• Follow safety policies including PPE usage.
• Assist customers and provide excellent service.
• Complete required administrative reports and duties.
