Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our Port Reading, New Jersey team. You will safely operate a Raymond stand-up forklift to move, stack, and stage pallets throughout the warehouse, ensuring accurate stocking and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Raymond stand-up forklift or reach truck in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in English or bilingual English/Spanish.
• Must have reliable transportation and strong attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Operate Raymond stand-up forklift to move, stack, and stage materials.
• Load and unload trailers and containers; move inventory to storage locations.
• Assist with picking and putting away orders; log inventory movements with RF scanners.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report safety issues per OSHA rules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
