Job summary

Halperns’ Steak & Seafood in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Stand-Up Forklift Operator (Cooler Putaway) to efficiently stock frozen goods. The role requires attention to organization, safety, and timely putaway of merchandise. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with benefits after 30 days and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will rotate stock, maintain freezer space, and follow FIFO procedures while supporting a family-oriented culture and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Puts away all received frozen products.
• Consolidates like items to optimize freezer space.
• Rotates products using first in, first out method.
• Cleans and counts assigned weekly aisle.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
