Title: 2^nd Shift Stand Up Forklift Operator

Location: Montgomery, IL

Pay Rate: Starting at $19.75/hour, increasing to $20.25/hour after 90 days

Position Summary

The Shipping Associate/Forklift Operator is responsible for performing duties accurately, thoroughly, and safely, ensuring the production of safe, high-quality food per USDA guidelines, and reporting any food safety issues.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and prepare orders from a pick sheet.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Pick and stage outbound shipments and load trailers properly.
• Secure and load finished pallets, move empty pallets, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Operate forklift safely, perform maintenance, and participate in inventory processes.
• Use scanners for inventory accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
