Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Minster, Ohio is hiring a Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join a clean, well-run facility ensuring a safe supply chain environment. Base pay is $23.00 per hour with overtime and incentives, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments.

Shift options are Sun-Wed with 44–55 hours weekly, and you’ll receive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Training, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance guidelines of the contract.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading trucks.
