Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment in a warehouse.
• Must complete forklift training and company certification requirements.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift equipment with reverse steering safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials from loading docks to designated warehouse or storage locations.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, platforms, and storage areas.
• Position lifting devices under, over, or around pallets, skids, or containers to move products safely.
• Inspect products for damage and verify accuracy using scanning systems or manual processes.
• Perform daily inspection and documentation of forklift equipment.
• Follow standard work procedures, safety rules, and operational guidelines at all times.
• Support material flow between receiving, processing, and storage areas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
