Job summary

Automation Personnel Services in Pasadena, TX is hiring Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators for a fast-paced 3PL warehouse.

You will move materials, load/unload trailers, perform inventory moves, and ensure safety and accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Pay is $16.50 per hour with Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and occasional weekend shifts; excellent weekly pay and teamwork-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience operating a stand-up reach forklift.
• Experience in a warehouse/3PL setting including supersacks is a plus.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Stand-Up Reach Forklift to safely move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse.
• Handle and transport supersacks and industrial barrels daily, loading and unloading trailers while maintaining product integrity.
• Perform inventory movements, replenishment, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced 3PL environment.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and railcars accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
