Job summary

Shearer’s Foods is hiring a Stand-Up Forklift Operator in Moraine, OH. Earn $22.00 per hour with afternoon shifts and $1 shift differential, or midnight shifts with $2 differential. You will load/unload trailers, pull orders, receive inbound goods, and build pallets in a fast-paced warehouse.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of forklift experience (propane sit-down, stand-up, and reach), can lift 50–60 lbs, and perform basic math. Weekend work and overtime may be required; WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Stand- Up Forklift Operator

Hourly pay $22.00

Afternoon Shift 230pm to 11pm + $1 shift differential

Midnight Shift 1030pm to 7am + $2 shift differenital

Our experienced Forklift Operators are eager to work in the challenging, fast paced Warehouse environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to loading and unloading docked trailers, pulling and loading customer orders, receiving inbound orders, and building pallets and pallet displays.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will bring 2 years' experience operating propane sit-down lifts, stand-up and reach lifts and be able to keep up with a fast repetitious pace. Heavy lifting 50 to 60 pounds as necessary. Simple math skills are required. Must be a team player with ability to interact with both management and co-workers. Must be able to work weekends and overtime when needed: Prior warehouse, high lift reach truck, and WMS system experience preferred.
