Atterro is hiring a Stand-up Forklift Operator in Flower Mound, TX. The role operates stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse, loading/unloading trailers and staging products for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and a minimum of 3 years’ stand-up forklift experience, plus safe, efficient operation of powered industrial equipment in a warehouse setting. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Schedules Available:

• Monday-Friday | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Monday-Friday | 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Stand-up Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Stand-up Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
