Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Perform stand-up comedy routines for our members and guests, ensuring a fun and memorable experience in our luxurious venue.
• Tailor your performances to fit the sophisticated, diverse tastes of our community while keeping it light-hearted, relatable, and appropriate for all.
• Engage with guests before and after shows, offering personalized interaction and helping create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere.
• Work closely with the events team to plan, promote, and schedule performances that complement our community’s upscale lifestyle.
• Be a part of an exclusive entertainment lineup that adds value to the Bluejack National experience.
• Provide a positive, energetic, and professional presence during each performance, upholding Bluejack’s high standards of hospitality and guest service.

• Experience performing in high-end hospitality or resort settings is preferred.
• Ability to connect with an upscale audience while keeping humor tasteful and fun.

• Flexible availability to perform on evenings, weekends, and special events.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
