Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety-minded team in a dynamic warehouse setting. The role supports orderly loading, shipping preparation, and accurate inventory processes in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am to 4pm (or finish). Base pay is $21.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401K, and boot allowance after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work overtime preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

Responsibilities

• Utilize a Stand Up Clamp Truck
• Accurately match numbers & letters
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading
• Loads and unloads trailers
• Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas
• Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets
• Move materials within the warehouse
• Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system
• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
