Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home care for private-pay clients and those in VA/CHOICES programs. Positions offer full-time or part-time hours with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and following individualized care plans to maintain a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete background and compliance screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
