Job Summary

Join Levy Restaurants at Soldier Field as a Stand Lead in Concessions, overseeing concession stand operations and providing excellent guest service during games, matches, concerts, and large events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stands produce the correct quantity and quality.
• Supervise and support team members for smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and monitor food and beverage quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Support team training and maintain high service standards.
• Handle POS operations, transactions, and guest concerns professionally.
• Communicate operational needs to supervisors and management.
• Ensure proper cleaning procedures before, during, and after events.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 or older.
• Current ServSafe Food Handling, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Illinois BASSET Liquor License.
• Proficient in all concession stand positions and able to work any role.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of concession equipment (steamer, pretzel warmer, hot box, pizza oven, etc.).
