Job summary

Vector CSP, LLC seeks an administrator to plan, document, and report testing and training events for squadron personnel and students in accordance with squadron requirements. You will ensure data accuracy and timely communications across teams.

The role requires military-like attention to detail, scheduling tool experience (PEX), EFBs, and MS Office proficiency, with opportunities to contribute to performance reports and evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Military technical training in related field is a plus.
  • Two years' experience in squadron Standardizations and Evaluations program.
  • Two years' experience using PEX or similar scheduling program.
  • Two years' experience with Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs).
  • Two years' experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accountability and control of flight-testing materials.
  • Update data in PEX, GTIMS, or future Government-mandated systems.
  • Interface with HARM personnel to update ARMS systems.
  • Coordinate with training officer to review student records and grade books.
  • Notify crewmembers and leadership of upcoming testing and training requirements.
  • Perform testing for administrator duties for the unit.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of aircrews entering evaluation eligibility.
  • Interpret AFIs/AFMANs and guide Stan/Eval personnel.
  • Support EFB personnel with the EFB program.
  • Generate status reports, AF Form 8, and SEB data.

Job Summary

Plan, administer, monitor, document, and report testing and training events and completion status for squadron personnel and students in accordance with squadron requirements.

Education and Experience
  • Military technical training in related field, a plus.
  • Two years' experience working in a squadron (CAF FS/USAFWC), group, or wing Standardizations and Evaluations program.
  • Two years' experience using PEX or similar scheduling program.
  • Two years' experience working with Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs).
  • Two years' experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Essential Duties
  • Maintain accountability and control of flight-testing materials.
  • Update data in PEX, GTIMS, or future Government-mandated equivalent systems, and locally developed computer database systems.
  • Interface with HARM personnel to update the ARMS (or future Government-mandated equivalent systems).
  • Coordinate with the training officer to review and update student/permanent party records, folders, and grade books per the applicable AFIs/AFMANs, associated MAJCOM Installation supplements, and locally developed guidance.
  • Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e‑mail, telephone, or in person.
  • Perform testing for administrator duties/function for the unit.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of those aircrews entering into the first month of evaluation eligibility period.
  • Interpret AFIs/AFMANs and provide guidance to personnel assigned to Stan/Eval shops to help track training and readiness status of squadron personnel.
  • Support Stan/Eval Government‑assigned Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) personnel with EFB Program.
  • Generate the following deliverables:
    • Evaluation and testing status and trend data reports.
    • AF Form 8, Certificate of Aircrew Qualification.
    • Provide data to the OG/OGV for the standardization evaluation board (SEB) 6‑month report.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
  • Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem‑solving and decision‑making.
  • Providing information to supervisors, co‑workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e‑mail, or in person.
  • Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
  • Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.

The projected salary range for this position is $59,000–$62,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
