Job summary

You will monitor lubrication, load aluminum, perform gauging and documentation, and work with QA to quarantine nonconforming parts while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience operating presses on a production line.
• Ability to perform dimensional and visual inspections.
• Familiarity with QA documentation and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor presses for efficient operation and quality output.
• Load and unload aluminum to presses as required.
• Check and maintain press lubrication levels.
• Operate controls for coil changes and production runs.
• Perform dimensional and visual checks; document gauging per QA specs.
• Coordinate with QA to accept/reject parts and quarantine nonconforming parts.
• Operate scrap unit safely and dispose of scrap properly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Use pallet jack and forklift to move parts to/from the Warehouse/ Decoiler.
• Complete and enter daily production paperwork accurately.
• Assist with other duties as directed.
