Qualifications

• Understanding of how machinery works and ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues during production.
• Ensuring accuracy and precision in quality control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Understanding and adhering to all safety procedures.
• Previous experience operating stamping presses or related machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operating the Stamping Press according to work orders.
• Preparing the machine for production runs by loading materials and adjusting dies.
• Performing quality checks during and after production.
• Loading and unloading materials, including heavy items.
• Identifying and reporting machine malfunctions.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Adhering to all safety protocols, including wearing PPE.
