Job summary

IB-TECH in Bucyrus, OH, is seeking a motivated Stamping Support Technician to join the 3rd shift team. If you're mechanically inclined and enjoy troubleshooting equipment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while helping keep production running safely and efficiently.

You'll monitor stamping equipment, perform basic repairs, assist with emergency repairs, inspect parts, track finished products, support maintenance and continuous improvement, keep a clean workspace with 5S, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to recognize quality issues before they become problems.
• Dependable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stamping equipment and production processes.
