Reliance Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator A for the Stamping Press on the 2nd shift in Cullman, AL. The role involves setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, and operation of automated machine centers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will perform quality-driven production tasks, participate in cross-training, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting daily targets and following 6S practices.

Qualifications

• Proven communication ability both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and perform basic math.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and proper use of hand tools.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to use precision measurement devices (calipers, micrometers).
• Must lift 20 pounds consistently.
• Able to stand up to 12 hours and perform repetitive tasks.
• Available to work any shift, weekends and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping press and other machine centers for production.
• Perform setup, adjustment, troubleshooting and operation of machinery.
• Ensure quality policies and documentation are followed.
• Meet production goals as directed by lead or leadership.
• Cross-train in other work centers and machines as required.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and observe 6S practices.
• Train other team members as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and monitor equipment/material usage.
