Job summary

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED; up to 1 year of related experience. Proficiency in reading prints, basic math, and MS Office is expected. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive hourly wages and comprehensive MiTek perks.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand prints and schematics.
• Mathematical skills including proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping press and auxiliary equipment with manual and automated packaging processes.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals.
• Report machine malfunctions to mechanics or supervisors.
• Assist mechanics to keep press and packaging equipment operational.
• Accurately feed materials into stamping dies and perform first piece inspection.
• Manually pack metal connectors and steel components into containers.
